CN Tower Lofts

This place has to be the worst place to stay, while the location was great, that's all it has going for it! We stayed there from the 16 to the 19 of June 2025, and when we got there the room was a mess, no toilet paper, no towels, no air conditioning, no service, no tv remotes that worked and washer and dryer in room didn't work. Sooooo if you travel with your own towels and batteries and toilet paper and cleaning supplies and clean bed clothes, then this is the place for you. Sent an email requesting services first thing all we git back was an email saying the cleaning lady must have missed that one and then radio silence no one showed up and when I sent other emails asking for help, nothing, no response. O and did I mention the large blood stain on the crappy mattress!! The value store furniture wasn't very nice either lol. So in my humble opinion with experience stay the hell away from this place. Poor management poor service. Enjoy if you choose to ignore this review.

Scam Alert! This is not a real entity. We booked this "Hotel" through expedia. We made them aware our flight would be arriving late to check in before 10pm. They assured verbally and by email us that wouldn't be a problem and they would accommodate. Upon arrival they said we were to late and canceled our entire 4 night reservation without refund. They left us on the side of the road for with only our luggage. We found another hotel for the night. When we arrived the next day the doorman informed us it was an office building with no residences. We received some strange calls ans emails asking for more money and also informing us of plumbing problems. Thankfully for AMEX or we would be out $1,500.00

Horrible. This is not a hotel. It’s a condo suite daily rental with security trying to give out keys. Pay extra and go to a hotel.
