My stay at the hotel was perfect in every way. I enjoyed a high level of cleanliness and complete comfort throughout my visit. The reception was outstanding and professional from the moment I arrived. I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Sayed for his warm welcome and great cooperation; he was a true example of high morals and professionalism. Great location and lots of free parking. Standard long room is an average size and has the regular amenities. Our room had a nice view. Unfortunately the AC is centrally controlled meaning even in summertime you cannot have the room ice cold. The bathroom is designed poorly with a gap at the door and window shutters not closing completely. This means all privacy is lost in the bathroom. This is baffling to see in a Muslim country. The housekeeping also was lacking. Upon arrival the room still had an old used tea cup and trash in the bin. They consistently forgot towels in the bathroom. There is no valet and you have to ask for everything, there is no initiative by staff. Honestly for the price I paid I wouldn’t say it felt like a five star experience and I’d prefer to find a local hotel next time
