Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre

I had a fantastic experience at the Coast Kamloops Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and welcoming—but what truly made the difference was Diego at the front desk. Diego went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was seamless and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring—he's the kind of person every hotel should have as the first point of contact. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are excellent. But it's the warm and personalized service that truly sets this place apart. Thanks again to Diego and the whole team—I’ll definitely be back!

it was a really good experience, the overall cleanliness and quietness of the whole room. We didn’t hear a single thing. Also, the specialist and entry was very, very nice. The honeymoon suite, and it was definitely worth the extra money. The bathtub was really really quickly and also empty really really quickly. hundred percent recommended!!

We stayed at Coast for an overnight stopover on our way through to the Rockies, the views from dinner are amazing! The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to, with plenty of parking and lots of amenities close by. The rooms (in our opinion) could do with a little updating and it was obvious there were some improvements throughout the hotel already underway. We'd like to say a special thanks to Benita who checked us in! A very friendly and welcome reception after a long days drive! She is a credit to your team!
