Cochin Zen Hotel

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cochin Zen Hotel. The room was very relaxing and the bed was comfy! It was so nice enjoying the rooftop view and relaxing in the pool. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of continental and Vietnamese dishes. Hazel and Florency at reception were very kind and smiley. They made my stay even more lovely. Thank you!

It is with the most unrestrained delight and rapturous commendation that I recount my recent sojourn at the illustrious Zen Hotel in that bewitching city of Saigon—a sanctuary so tranquil, so exquisitely appointed, that to call it a mere hotel would be to commit a vulgar injustice. From the very moment I crossed its threshold, I was greeted not merely by warm hospitality, but by the radiant presences of two celestial hostesses, Miss Hazel and Miss Emelyn, whose every movement was the embodiment of grace, charm, and that rarest of refinements which cannot be taught, but only bestowed by Providence Herself. Miss Hazel, with eyes like polished jet and a smile that might coax the flowers into bloom even out of season, possesses a serenity that would calm the most tempest-tossed soul. Miss Emelyn, her voice like the gentle lilt of a harp in twilight, conducts her duties with such poise and attentiveness that one feels oneself not a guest, but a long-cherished friend returned from distant shores. The hotel itself is a testament to harmonious design and discreet luxury; each corridor whispers peace, and each chamber seems to hum with the quiet contentment of one who knows they are precisely where they ought to be. But it is those two hostesses, those resplendent muses of hospitality, who elevate the Zen Hotel from excellent to unforgettable. One leaves not merely rested, but transformed, as though some subtle grace has alighted upon the heart. I remain, with full sincerity, their most grateful and admiring servant.

Nice Hotel. Comfortable bed with very nice bar and pool on the roof. Great location with Ben Thanh market only a block away. It was a petty about the restaurant though. We asked when it would be open, and we were told by the restaurant manager that were open then (4.30pm). So, we decided to take a seat and placed out dinner order. After a couple minutes a waitress came and told us the kitchen wouldn't be ready until 5.00pm. We accepted this and said we would come back later. We arrived back at the restaurant about 45minutes later to find out orders were on the table waiting for us. The restaurant had cooked and served our food as soon as the chef had opened the kitchen. After complaining our food was cold the waitress offered to reheat our dinners. Calamari reheated in a microwave isn.t just soggy it turns into rubber bands. After returning this plate we were told that because the kitchen had prepared the food, we would be charger for it. Not good and not acceptable. We'll not be returning.
