Coco Beach Island Resort

Coco Beach Island Resort is the perfect combination of natural beauty and luxury. The lush gardens and pools are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and efficient. A guest has the option of being a "day tripper"...there to enjoy only the food and recreational facilities... or staying in one of several comfortable and native styles of lodging. One may sleep in a bamboo hut under a mosquito net with only a ceiling fan to circulate the air or in a full modern, air-conditioned condo. All guests have the option of island "hopping" and snorkeling excursions. There is even a separate pool for those who want to be away from noisy kids, and have more privacy. In my opinion, the absolute best feature at Coco Beach is the a fine restaurant built on stilts high above the beach and in the forest canopy. It is covered , but open air, and rotates slowly so a guest may at one point enjoy the ocean panorama and 20 minutes later be 180 degrees around smelling and hearing fragrances and sounds of the tropical forest paradise. I have seen nothing else like it. And in my many trips to the Philippines, the restaurant has the best steak anywhere. The rates are reasonable for the quality of the experience. I cant wait to go back.

This island is wonderful. If you are looking for a serene, relaxing and exclusive island, this is a great option. We stayed here for a few days and that experience was great. They have an excellent restaurant on top of the mountain and getting there was an experience in itself. We stayed in a room with a local flavor (Philippine Kubo Style) - a must try. Their staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Their pools are nice as well.

If you can deal with salty water shower this place is quite amazing. Great food in the restaurant and the prices are reasonable. Nice short private beach. Pool is big but sure it's salty too. Would've stayed for a week more if it wasn't the salty shower.
