Coco Bodu Hithi

Our recent 7 night stay at Coco Bodu Hithi was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed, our incredible host, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and truly unforgettable. We were absolutely thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to the Escape Water Villa, it was such a generous surprise that elevated our entire experience. The food throughout our stay was absolutely phenomenal, every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavor, with a wide variety that kept us excited for each dining experience. A special thanks to the amazing waiters at the Air Restaurant, your attentive service and friendly smiles made every meal even more enjoyable. You truly made us feel at home. Highlights were the private sunset cruise and the Sandbank Escape (thank you to the staff for helping my partner plan and set up the most perfect proposal on the sandbank. It was straight out of a dream, it was private, romantic, and beautifully arranged). The snorkeling was out of this world and arguably better than the snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef. Coco Bodu Hithi will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for the memories we’ll cherish forever!

We are just back from Coco having spent 2 weeks there in February this year. Our first time to the Maldives and it is and was total PARADISE. Resort was great! We had an Escape Water Bungalow and it backed onto a coral reef so great for snorkelling. The resort was mainly couples, hardly any children, not much to do there, but that suited us as we wanted a chilled, relaxing holiday. There are water sports and a small games room, but the island is beautiful and the food was amazing. All in all, we were sad to leave - no complaints whatsoever. What made it very special was the staff - they were 5 Star. Our maid (who has worked there for 10+ years) was great and kept the bungalow tidy at all times and did amazing decorations on our bed for a birthday and anniversary. A big thanks to VENKY - who works in the bar, never kept us waiting and showed good management and leadership skills. SAMI - who works in the main restaurant, was really friendly and warm at every meal, and LEO the (little) chef with a big smile - great food, thank you LEO. We eat at every restaurant on the island, and some great food, with superb taste, very fresh and presented well. But big, big thanks to TOMI - our sort of 'concierge' who was such a lovely person who could not do enough for us, arranged everything for us, and even helped us throughout the holiday. We cannot wait to go back to Paradise at COCO, Thank you!

We stayed at Coco Bodu Hithi for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The traditional Maldivian welcome, smooth check-in, and stunning villa views made us feel special from the start. The island is peaceful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Staff were always friendly. Dining was decent, though the buffet got repetitive after a few days. Overall, a beautiful and serene getaway we’d definitely recommend.
