Coco Lagoon by Great Mount

It was a great location for a staycation. Pleasant, clean and filled with natures beauty. Breakfast buffet was with local dishes and were nice. It would have been nice if they had accommodated our requests to make our stay extra special. A fruit basket, an upgrade or any gesture would have the stay all the more special. The services like bullock cart ride were not available. But overall nice resort and the money was worth the spend.

We had a truly memorable two-day stay at Coco Lagoon, Pollachi, to celebrate our little daughter’s birthday—and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property is absolutely beautiful, nestled in lush greenery, with a peaceful ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The staff was incredibly warm and courteous, and their hospitality made our stay feel so special. Our daughter especially loved the spacious play area—it’s a paradise for kids! Despite the rainy weather, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The rains only added to the charm of the place. The food deserves a special mention—delicious across all meals! The breakfast spread was particularly impressive with a wide variety of options that delighted both kids and adults. Lunch and dinner were equally delightful. A heartfelt thanks to the team who arranged the birthday decorations and cake on our request—they went above and beyond and made the celebration truly magical for our daughter. We’ve been flooded with messages from friends asking for the location details after seeing our pictures—and we’re sure many of them will be heading there soon too! 😍 Highly recommend Coco Lagoon for a relaxing family getaway or any special celebration. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, attentive service, and serene ambiance of the resort. We had the pleasure of experiencing both the Plunge Pool Villa and the Suite Room, and both were exceptional in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and privacy. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a memorable stay.
