Lovely resort with luxurious facilities and wonderful staff. Food was amazing and there were activities throughout the day to occupy all age groups including the boat ride to view the sunset. Early morning bird watching and butterfly garden along with the barn brings you close to nature and was a nostalgic experience. The staff always had a smile on their faces and was throughly trained to do their job, which makes every guest feel special and valued, regardless of age. Would highly recommend Coconut Lagoon to friends and can't wait to come back. Lovely place and amazing value for money.

Excellent, we had an amazing experience in July 2025. We had an absolutely amazing experience at CGH Earth Kumarakom, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a Private Pool Villla, villa was beautifully designed with traditional Kerala architecture and modern amenities, making it a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery and backwaters. One of the true highlights was the authentic Kerala cuisine—every meal was a delicious journey through the region’s rich culinary heritage. The food was fresh, flavorful, and catered with care. The resort itself is deeply nature-friendly, with eco-conscious practices that add to its charm. Whether it's the serene canals, the chirping of birds, or the beautiful heritage touches throughout the property, every detail celebrates the natural beauty and culture of Kerala. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff—genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home.
