Very nice resort with spacious rooms and great location. It's only 3 min walking distance to patong beach. extra is very friendly staff. All the staffs are kind and nice and very considerate for customers. We got early check in without even needs to ask. Receptionists never fail to greet us. We leaves our luggage at hotel after check out and when we picked it up back, staffs welcomed us to take a rest and take a shower at the hotel before we go to airport.

Service on low level. 1. We asked not to clean our room in our absence and they cleaned it. I don’t like such behaviour, because I left costly staff and money there and if something would be missed hotel would not take responsibility. 2. When we did check in, reception guy said that breakfast time from 6.30 to 10.30, we heard it both. But in reality breakfast finished at 10. When we came in kitchen around 10.05 am, in front of our faces kitchen stuff were taking out plates with food. They saw us, we explained that it was misunderstanding and we got wrong information from reception, but still they didn’t do anything. They gave us only one plate of watermelon - that’s all. I’m disappointed with such kind of service. Moreover, when my partner went to reception for complain - reception girl was talking rudely with him. There are a lot of good hotels nearby with better prices and service. I don’t recommend this place👎🏻
