As a repeat guest, I can confidently say that my stay at Cocoon Hotel was just as exceptional as every previous visit. The hotel’s atmosphere remains inviting and relaxing, and the rooms continue to offer the perfect blend of comfort and style. As usual, the staff were really nice but a special mention to DJ from Guest Services—his level of care and attention is unparalleled as always. DJ made sure everything was perfect during our stay. It’s the little things like this that make Cocoon feel like a second home. If you’re looking for consistency in quality, comfort, and service, I highly recommend Cocoon Hotel. I’ll definitely be back :)

I celebrated my birthday at Cocoon Boutique Hotel and was blown away by the exceptional efforts of the staff. From the personalized signages and beautiful bed design to the surprise birthday brownies, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make my day special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and relaxing, with a charming, cozy atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Dj for your excellent guest service. Cocoon is a wonderful green hotel, and the entire staff made my birthday celebration truly memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was neat and cozy. We had a wonderful overnight stay. Staff were approachable and accommodating; they quickly responded to our concerns and had our doorknob fixed right away. Breakfast was also nice. Thank you!
