Coliving AdD LiVitum

It is a quiet place, you can breathe peace and tranquility. The room we had was the Camamilla, very spacious and clean. The common areas are also clean and spacious with island-inspired decor. We loved the garden with various environments. We had a problem with the TV and they did everything possible to solve it. Friendly at all times. They communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. Without a doubt when I return it will be my accommodation. I have also recommended it to all my friends and family.

Cette expérience en Coliving ne m'a pas convenu. Lors de la réservation sur Booking il n'était pas expliqué que le ménage ne serait pas fait et qu'il fallait maintenir les communs propres. Ni que les serviettes ne seraient pas changées durant la semaine et qu'il fallait se les laver. Elles nous ont demandé aussi acheter le papier toilette. Il n'y avait aucun accueil, nous correspondions par mail. Un des 2 stores opaques de la chambre est resté fermé car cassé. Je ne le recommande pas.

Positive points: - Location - Undeniable charm of the common areas and sunshine - Air conditioning in the room - Spacious and comfortable bed - Apparent calm of the apartments Negatives: - Large amount of mold on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. After a complaint, someone came to "clean" but not the slightest trace of mold was removed... - Constant smell of damp and musty in the bathroom and bedroom. As the bedroom opens onto the landing, it is difficult to ventilate if you want to maintain some privacy. - No sound insulation of the room compared to the rest of the coliving. Despite the rules of co-living, we were woken up several times every night: the sound of footsteps echoing on the ceiling in the middle of the night, furniture moving upstairs at 1:30 a.m., the door slamming at 6:00 a.m., a scooter crossing the entrance and passing our room with the engine on at 6:30 a.m., etc. etc. A lack of good manners from other tenants combined with a total lack of isolation from the rooms above. The host will ask us to settle this directly with the other tenants on the Whatsapp group, always justifying these hazards by the concept of "coliving"... - Lack of light: need to turn on the lights in the middle of the day, French window opening directly onto the landing and the passage with a large wall opposite - Vastly excessive price given the numerous prohibitive defects - Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price displayed unlike other establishments - No coliving atmosphere despite the hosts' insistence on it, no one says "hello", lack of good manners. - Poor quality WiFi, frequent outages - No soap, shower gel, shampoo. Indeed, it is not a hotel but “coliving”… - No breakfast offer contrary to what we can read in the comments
