Coliwoo Orchard

1. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Kenny at the front desk. He assisted me in booking the room (via Trip.com, dynamic pricing) and showed me how to use the items in the room. He also answered all my queries very patiently. 2. Great location. Easy access to food, shopping and public transport. Room is clean, comfortable and quiet. 3.For long term stay, would be great if Coliwoo can assist in changing the bed linen every week. ( The tenants are expected to wash their own bed linen ). Would also like to suggest more lockable drawers to keep valuables as the safe is small.

The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to live. The staff are what truly make the experience stand out. Jennifer and Jinni, in particular, are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm and approachable attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both—you’re truly superb!

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and the efficient provided by Jennifer and Dorothy. We were lucky to have the opportunity for an early check-in, allowing us to commence our day ahead of schedule. The location is conveniently situated near the town and various amenities, with public transportation just a brief walk away. This is certainly a destination worth considering during your visit to Singapore.
