Collage Taksim Hotel Special Class

The staff was very nice and cooperative.Location is perfect near Taksim square you can easily get metro to get to Faith Area . Limited breakfast options and little bit noise issue. Otherwise well maintained and cozy rooms.

This place is located strategically between istiklal street and taksim square I was able to walk anywhere I’d like. Yes it gets loud at night because there’s a club next door, but honestly I was only in the room for sleep purposes. Housekeeping service is great, they also offer a traditional Turkish breakfast in the morning, just enough to get you through that part of your day (eggs are 10/10) the room itself is very cozy & the shower is amazing!!! The hotel managers are all very nice; there are 3 of them that alternate throughout the day :) My advice is if you want to be close to everything going on and in safe hands, come here for great hospitality and cleanliness; it is 5/5 for me! We recently stayed at the Collage Taksim Hotel and were quite disappointed with many aspects of our experience. The facilities were in poor condition, and the room plugs and equipment were either not functioning properly or outdated. The breakfast was far below expectations, with very limited variety. Additionally, the hotel did not provide enough coffee and tea for two people in the room, which felt inadequate. However, the one bright spot of our stay was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. A special shoutout to Rajab, who went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure we felt welcome. While the staff’s efforts were commendable, the overall condition of the hotel made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. If the hotel invests in improving its facilities, services, and amenities, it has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
