Close to the airport. Friendly staff and 24hr reception. No whatsapp number given from booking.com and they don’t respond to messages on there. Bed and bathroom dirty. Sheets dirty. Wifi doesn’t reach room. No toilet paper provided and lamp broken. Fine for single night stay inbetween flights. Receptionist was very nice
Late check in was good 20 minute walk from airport The room was of No soap Bedsheet had lot of stains towel provided was torn pic… Checked in for breakfast at 7 No one at counter Again checked at 7:25 … told in a minute …. Did not get it until 8:05
We booked this hotel for just one night. Because our flight arrived pretty late to Bali. We tried to contact the hotel a week before cuz our arrival would be later. The booking application gave Us the number of other hotel OYO. We arrived a the receptionist guy was with his friends in the tables with all the lights off pretty scary situation. He gave us the room in the left side from the desk. The room was terrible dirty and blood all over the walls from mosquitos. The mosquitos were even inside the bed. The smell of the room was terrible and was so so dirty. Me and my couple didn’t stayed at this room we literally decided to take our bags and walk to find something better we are sure that if we spend the night there we would definitely get an infection. I seriously recommend stayed in another places. Is not even worth it for the money.
