Collection O at Jalan Padma near Legian Beach

It's such a pity that this place is not well-maintained, because the room is actually spacious, airy, and very comfy. For the price, it's actually worth it. but sadly, the lack of maintenance really brings it down. As for the facilities: the elevator was out of order, the stairwell and hallway leading to the room were dusty, and the lights kept glitching. There was black mold on the ceiling, some stains on the bed sheets, the TV didn't work, and there were several spots in the room that were dusty, moldy, and damp. No complimentary mineral water or toiletries were provided, and there's no wifi. On the second floor, they use manual keys, and you have to ask the staff every time you want to open the door, very inconvenient. As for the service? Really great, the staff were kind and helpful. I happened to bring a large bag, and they carried it up to the third floor without complaining and did it quickly.

DISGUSTING!!🤢 This hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite being advertised on Agoda with a discount of up to 50%, our experience was subpar. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. The lift was under maintenance. 2. The staff were unfriendly. 3. The building was under construction. 4. The key was wrong; it didn't match the room number. 5. There were no towels in the room. 6. The sheets and bed cover smelled bad."

I don’t usually write reviews but the experience was so bad that i had to. Where to even start. The hotel is in really bad condition and needs a renovation and the lift is not working so i had to walk to the 2nd floor with very narrow stairs with my 3 bags and nobody helped me with the bags. Also there is no wifi at all in the hotel be prepared. When i checked in to my room the air conditioning was barely blowing any cold air out and the room was very hot. When i tried to check if the ac is working i saw massive amount of dust and trash on top of the closet i was shocked. The hotel also smells very old. After that I decided that I couldn’t stay in here any longer and asked refund from agoda and they gladly helped me and got my money back. When I went to reception for check out they saw that I refunded and started cursing at me. Worst place i stayed during all the 7 months I’ve been in Bali.
