OYO's reputation is at stake. Two star is only for the behavior of staff. The only positive point about this hotel is that it is near the popular market Atta Bazar. Room facilities are NOT good. The first day of check-in the geyser was not working. After asking too many times they provided warm water in a bucket, that too after 3 hrs. Next day we switched to another room in the same hotel. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We managed any how as we were tired and too busy in our office work. Except once or twice, almost every time the food is provided after 1 or 2 hrs. While they also don't allow guests to order food from outside and there hotel kitchen food is too costly and always late. Not even too tasty to worth for money. In my 6 day stay they only cleaned the room once that too after we asked 2 times.

Unprofessional hotel staff. This hotel doesn’t stand at its name’Comfort inn’ This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guy were worst and indifferent to approach.This hotel is need to be evaluated. *No co-operation by hotel staff. *AC not working properly *poor maintenance of rooms *charges was high without any basic amenities. *Rooms was dusty I do not recommend this hotel for stay I want to write more but it is waste of time.

Worst hotel! I usually don't write reviews but today I will do : 1) when you go , if app shows 1200 they ask 500 more and ask you to pay 1700 for tarrif . 2) 70% rooms AC are not working and they knows it . Someone who complaints they says all rooms are full and you hv to manage today . 3) uncleaned toilets bedsheet no towel , opened bislerri bottles , Bimal paan masala ki deeware. 4) rude and uneducated staff ,
