Everything was perfect! The place is surrounded by nature so is very peaceful, amazing pool with panoramic view, the rooms are big and well equipped, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very kind. Definitely I will come back again if I visit Tuscany!
Fantastic place and nice service from Alberto. But please, please, please: install a Wi-Fi network for your guests.
If I can give them 0 star i would. They wanted to charge me extra 60 euro for being late. This information was not in reservation. Also for cancel reservation they take 100% of the price. They were rude. They give me information that it will be free, then another employee told me there will be fee. Also they wanted my personal information from my Credit card for that charge which is outrageousness. "please send credit card details to witdraw 60,00 euro . if you don't send details you will find the gate closed " They even make fun of me in chat. NEVER GO THERE. Worst experience in my life.
