We stayed at the flamingo house for one week. The location is excellent, close to Pescara Centrale train station and bus station, public transport and of course the city centre and the beach. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with all the amenities. Manilo, the host, was incredible. Greeting us on arrival and giving us some tips on local restaurants and places. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Pescara.

The best apartment in Pescara! I often come to the area for work and have tried several properties, but this is undoubtedly the best. Perfect location, just steps from the city center and with the train and bus station practically on the doorstep. The apartment has air conditioning and convenient parking right outside—a real plus, because parking in Pescara is always difficult. The property is well-kept, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. And then there's Manlio, the perfect host everyone would love to meet: helpful, attentive, and always ready to accommodate guests' needs. Highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato nella Flamingo House ed è stata un’esperienza straordinaria! Gli appartamenti sono appena ristrutturati e curati in ogni minimo dettaglio. La casa è super attrezzata: dallo struccante al balsamo, shampoo e sapone corpo, non manca davvero nulla. I materassi sono comodissimi, la pulizia è impeccabile e la cucina è completa di tutto, dalla macchina del caffè al bollitore, dalle pentole alle tazze e persino ai calici per il vino. Ogni angolo è pensato per offrire un soggiorno di lusso.
