Colorado Springs Marriott

I have never had better service at ANY hotel. Extra special treatment when they found out it was my birthday, van service and drivers were exceptional. Front desk staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Bar staff, awesome. Pool was perfect. Just all of it, a million stars. And bonus points for the Photo Booth in the lobby!

The staff at the Marriott was absolutely wonderful to us! We had wonderful experiences with the front desk gal by the name of Jessica and the front desk supervisor by the name of Jacqueline. They were very kind of trying to find us the appropriate rooms for our family. We ate breakfast daily in the restaurant and had incredible service by Bella and Rhonda. They were so kind and really enjoyed the kids and our family and went out of their way to make the little ones feel very special. Our experience with the staff there was fantastic! The hotel is blessed to have such wonderful people working for them.

Marriott does great with this location. Spacious outdoor areas, great dining space and bar. Stayed a couple of days for an event. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were good space, this was a solo trip so the room was enough. I would certainly ask to have the room clean and vacuum. I kept getting stuffy in the mornings. Pool indoor and outdoor were good. This is not a resort so don’t expect luxury. I will stay again!
