Had a wonderful stay here the place looks just like it does in the pictures and the rooms were clean and well maintained and had AC as well which was definitely needed. The location was great only a short 5 minute walk to the coliseum which was amazing easy access to public transport as well. There was also a small supermarket down stairs which was great The service was good rooms cleaned daily and good communication with staff through WhatsApp I would recommend this place definitely I would stay here again
Nice central location, close to the colosseum and multiple bus stops nearby. The rooms were really clean and the hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!
Toilet/bathroom and bedroom are separated by a common corridor causing inconvenience. The toilet lock failed to work and everyone would be able to get in even with a wrong password. We had to wait for a day for their staff to rectify the lock. The hostel sent in 2 passcodes to unlock 4 door locks. The door locks for each passcode had only the italian description. When we enquired specifically which passcodes to use for a specific door, we received the message “you have all code...😊”. Overall speaking, the location of the hostel is good. Just don’t expect any helpful customer services.
