The hotel is lovely. Situated in a small town just outside of the Comunidad de Madrid featuring a Roman/Mediterranean themed spa with different pools from hot to cold, water jets for massage, a Finnish Sauna, Turkish bath and a cold room. We found out that the man who discovered the nearby Roman villa with the beautiful mosaic floors is the one who started the hotel and spa. The hotel has a breakfast which rivals the Paradores. It has a nice bar where you can get "menu" for lunch at a reasonable price, coffee and beverages, too. Also has a nice, comfortable lounge area with a fireplace for winter stays.

This was our second stay in this hotel. We booked a double room with a double bed for one night and we booked access to the spa facilities for the day we checked out. Prices are decent for the quality of the spa. The room could have been cleaner (bathtub screen needed a more conscious clean at the base and around. The drain plug was missing in the bathtub so only a shower was possible. The staff and the service they provide is friendly, professional and attentive from the receptionist to the spa staff and the bartender. We would recommend booking the hotel directly through them and request the rate that includes the breakfast.

Way too expensive for what it was. Dearest of all our stops in a 2 week tour Inc over a dozen hotels and by no means the best. Noisy and v busy with weddings too, spoiling any facilities there. No drinks in the room at all, or fridge. Just a v busy bar ( wedding again) Kids couldn't reach the hand wash at the sink or the shower stuff as it was too high in the bathrooms. Horrible crinkly, plasticy mattress protector on my bed. Noisy and hot. Garden view was the car park ( noisy taxis at 2am) and no patio or balcony. Wouldn't bother stopping there again. Good breakfast though.
