Comfort and Joy

The perfect location for a family looking to have fun and be right on the beach! With two bedrooms (a king and two queens) and a pull out couch we had plenty of room for everyone! You’re not directly in the hustle and bustle of parts of the strip but you’re close enough to join when you want and enjoy the quiet when you want to relax. We had villa 15 and the back door was right at the pool and a great view of the ocean. The decor and furniture could be upgraded but for us, that’s not an issue. There’s so much provided in the kitchen. It’s great. We will be back next summer!

The location can’t be beat! Opening my door to the gulf was exactly what I came for. Our room was clean when we arrived, and we had excellent communication with the REALLY great staff. For the money it was worth it for the view, but we likely wouldn’t return because of the beds. IF the beds were much better I would Definitely come back here even with the low shower pressure - which is a notable thing for me everywhere I travel. Main cares: clean - yes, bed - HARD NO, shower pressure - failure not only because of pressure but also because the valve was wonky and had 3 settings, hot, off, and scolding hot. Thankfully there were 2 showers in our villa so we could use the other one… still not great pressure but it worked. I also couldn’t figure out the TVs and they, along with the furniture, were quite outdated. You can tell the property has undergone some attempts to get it cleaned up and updated a little. We didn’t try the pool because it was too cold (not heated). We didn’t get to try the hot tub because it was broken. Back to the positives… that view and beach access. Wow. We were also conveniently located near the places we wanted to go for a FRACTION of the cost. For those things am I grateful for the stay here.

The hotel is old, it was built in the 1940's it has been remodeled but the rooms smell old and like cigarette smoke, even if you don't smoke it comes though the walls from your guest nextdoor. The only positive thing, it's on the beach. Also it's a pet friendly hotel, so you will find poop on the beach and the room smells like a wet dog in some areas. I would not recommend
