Zenitude Lorda is a good Aparthotel, little less than One Kilometer from the Sanctuary. Rooms are of different sizes, We go a smallish room. Room was well equipped as promised, with a small kitchenette and sufficient Crockery Cutlery and Equipment. Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Only negative was that the room we got had a Deep Bathtub - unsuitable for senior citizens.
Good place to stay but a bit far for senior citizens to walk It's not 5 hundred meters away from the Sanctuary it about 1.2 km away to the Sanctuary.
PLEASE AVOID My husband made a reservation months ago for our entire family, which included complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, he wasn’t able to join us, so I stayed with the kids. During our stay, we were very disappointed to find that neither of the promised amenities were available. The internet was either not working at all or extremely poor, making it unusable throughout our visit. When I raised the issue, no one seemed to know what the problem was—yet I was told repeatedly that it was working, which clearly wasn't the case. To make matters worse, the breakfast that was included in our booking was not provided. This was especially frustrating, as it was one of the key reasons we chose this property, and the kids were really looking forward to it. Overall, this experience fell short of what we were promised and expected. It was a disappointing stay for both me and the children. PLEASE AVOID
