⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Comfort Hotel in Melbourne. The staff and manager were absolutely lovely — very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what stood out the most was the exceptional service — truly above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended
Excellent location! Close to everything, either walking or by public transportation. Very comfortable apartments at a great price. Quiet and comfortable. Very polite staff. It needs a little updating but they were working on that when we were there (June 2025). I will certainly go back next time I'm in Melbourne.
The rooms were VERY basic. The shower wall had black hairs stuck to it. There was also someone’s used cake of soap in the shower. The bed was so hard, it would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. I would never come back, even if it was free.
