We stayed at Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters for a night with my guest, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Nice place for the price. Right on the border of the conservancy so really close for game drives. Room didn't have water multiple times. Other then that room was nice. Balcony overlooked the game park. Staff weren't very attentive regarding getting drinks during meals had to ask multiple times.

Terrible experience during christmas with my family .The rooms are not clean with visible dust all over and trash like information papers on the tables. The showers were not working making it uncomfortable to shower. The linen is very basic and even when we requested for additional blanket because the place was extremely cold no one bothered to assist. Overall this hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and customer care having charged so expensive during christmas. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
