Comfort Hotel Dandenong

DO NOT STAY HERE! Other than the fact the room was dirty (phones, remotes and power switches looked like they'd never been cleaned), it is dangerous. Myself and my 11yr old son had to leave at 12:00am due to a woman knocking on my door, screaming and trying to get in. I had to call the police, who did not turn up and had to leave for our safety. When I left, the woman was still loitering around the hotel in a threatening manner. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours home, in the rain and fog, sure to how unsafe we were. They're refusing to offer a refund, even though it was not possible to stay the night and they could not provide a safe environment for myself and my son. SO NOT STAY HERE

Dont stay here its unsafe and dangerous The room i had was tidy but it needed repair or upgraded especially in bathroom. The whole place looked like it could do with a repair and renovstions are in diar need. Some of the pathways were dangerous and needing repair etc. Bedroom doors i didnt feel were safe and was worried someone would walk in or something. No thought to peoplea safety considered. Very outdated. Had alot of dodgy people hanging around and alot of noisy people who made mess and put music up to loud. Felt very unsafe there Wouldn't recommend it to be honest. Bit of a rip off for what u got.

Sadly 1 star due to location. Undesirables staying in permanent rooms nearby, profanities and carry on all night. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 5am. Walked out door to be greeted by drunk woman carrying a Jim beam can. Will not stay here again for that reason. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bed was rock hard, staff member was lovely.
