A fantastic location and the service is truly helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is just so comfortable. Every thing you need is here. I would have appreciated a smart TV .... and maybe some extra coffee. But this is a lovely hotel
I stayed here for work purposes. The check in was 👌 so kind & welcoming. My room was clean & comfortable. The shower was awesome - full power shower. The parking was good for Melbourne compact & bijou. Ask to reserve & they'll give you one with a traffic cone. No problem for my Nissan Quashquai. Honestly couldn't fault the place- got 8 hrs blissful sleep - up fresh & early for my.next appointment after an evening meeting in the city that over ran. Good job guys! Will be back 👍
Great location quiet and close to the trams. The staff were helpful, friendly and very accommodating during our stay. But the building itself is old and tired. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the beds + pillows need replacing.
