A pleasant, well located hotel (trams are right next door) on the seafront. A nice bar downstairs (the rooftop bar was closed when I stayed). Reception staff were fantastic: friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms small but clean. Also, they serve a lovely breakfast.
Great central location. No daily maid refresh. Decent breakfast. Some rooms are a very long walk front entrance. Request higher floor!
The server Omar did an excellent job! He is very helpful and a professional person. I would give home a five-star rating. However, I can't say the same thing about the front desk and the cleanliness of the room (very dusty and not cleaned for a long time).
