Comfort Inn Bay Of Isles

Awesome hotel right on the Esperance Esplanade, making it a fantastic location - walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the waterfront, of course. The room was very tidy and had everything we needed. Very helpful and pleasant staff as well. Absolutely recommend!

Had the worst check in experience that we have had ever with a self righteous unhelpful staff member who definitely did not make it pleasant. Issues with my online booking, issues with their system and my bank card, then being questioned was the card mine, funds taken out twice and then one entry cancelled to being advised "I've heard it all before" even after i showed my online bank statement did not go down well with me at all. To top it off, I then get my elbow banged by another staff member entering the reception cubicle 🙄 I have never been so upset and flustered especially since there was another guest watching. I was sooooo embarrassed!!!! However, the room was nice but dated. We had 2 saucers, 1 teaspoon and a butter knife so ended up eating out. Guests from the neighboring units kept us up with their loud talking for quite some time which we didn't appreciate. Definitely would not recommend.
