Comfort Inn Insys

Hotel is really good. Staffs are very polite and helpful. It's my third time here and I'll like to stay in next trip also. Good place for business stay and family.

It is located in a nice place, close to many important locations. All the commercially required stores are easily accessible. The rooms are great, clean and decent. Service is actually very good. And I would like to highlight the swimming pool on the top floor with dining area, that's stunning.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Insys, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't very pleasant. The property is about 15 years old, and it shows. The rooms are not very spacious, which makes the stay feel cramped. The dark brown furniture throughout the room adds to the discomfort, as it feels outdated and gives off a dull vibe. It’s not the most welcoming atmosphere, and you won't find a sense of coziness or peace here. Breakfast is another issue. The cutoff time for breakfast is strictly 10:30 AM, and even if you arrive a few minutes late (say 10:35-10:40 AM), they will flatly deny you service. This felt a bit too rigid and not guest-friendly. Room service also left much to be desired. The staff wasn’t very responsive, and for something as simple as adding a channel to the TV, I had to call the reception over five times before it was addressed. In-room food service was disappointing as well, with a limited menu and dishes that were excessively oily. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when it feels so unhealthy and heavy. Additionally, the rooms have doors that can open to another room, which is quite concerning for privacy and noise levels. I could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, which added to the discomfort. The valet parking is available, but considering the property's location in the city area, I would not recommend this hotel. Overall, the experience was far from satisfying, and I would suggest looking for other options in the area.
