The rooms are okay. The service and staff are friendly. There is no microwave or refrigerator in my room, so cold beverages cannot be kept in the room. Consider this if you have small children; my kids always need something cold to drink, but it would get warm in the room. My first three nights of stay there was no internet, and TV service was unusable because of this, so I was unable to watch any shows or movies, and streaming on my mobile would have drained my roaming data. Their rules state that they will not allow anyone unauthorized by the guest into the room. I received a visit from a friend, and I went down to the lobby to let him in, but they said he was not allowed; afterward, they said he had to pay to enter. Really? He was just coming for a casual chat, not to stay. The lobby offers no space to socialize, so we could not remain there either. There is another rule that states they reserve the right to refuse admission. This was almost the case. In the end, after some back and forth, they allowed him for three hours but we left after 1 hr or so. The pool is small and looks kid-friendly, but IMO it is not suitable for swimming. I would not stay here again.

Staying here wasn't a great experience. The staff was clueless about our booking and told us we didn't have one. On insisting that they recheck, only then did they find our booking. The restaurant closes at 10 pm. You won't even get a bottle of water after that. The maintenance staff is unavailable after 10 pm. So, if you have any issues after 10 p.m., God save you! Though we had breakfast included in our package, we were told that fried eggs didn't form a part of the breakfast, and so we had to pay extra for it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
