I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn & Suites and I cannot express enough how delightful my experience was. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay. One of the first things that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The room was not only immaculate but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met with a smile. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. A special shout-out goes to Joann, who took care of the breakfast routine with such grace and efficiency. Her warm personality and attention to detail added an extra layer of charm to the mornings. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also well-organized, thanks to Joann's efforts. It was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a delightful start to their day. When you first walk in, the front desk area is clean and modern, that is about the only thing in this hotel that is like this. We had to change our room 3 times with our toddler kiddo. We had a king suite room and the first room had no less than 30 dead flies on the windown sill, probably 5 or 6 flying around and some type of insect nesting in the heater vent. The second room had no hot water and I don't mean hot enough I mean not hot water (like not even tepid). Plus almost no water pressure. Thank God I had to give my little one a bath. What a nice suprise that would have been at 6 am when I woke up to shower and get ready for our family event that started at noon. When I called down to guest services, they said they were calling the on-call maintenance person because it's probably a breaker issue? At this point it was 10:15 at night and all we wanted was to sleep. Pulled out the pull out sofa mattress and it looks like someone urinated on the mattress for a few days straight. Disgusting! That is where they expected my 3 y/o to sleep!? There are not enough sheets in the world. After going to the front desk a second time, I was almost in tears. I'm never one to complain and I don't expect 5 star white glove service everywhere I go, but for 200$ a night, relatively clean rooms with actual hot water shouldn't be a hard ask. They put us in a 2 bed queen suite. At this point, we were exhausted. Had to pack up one room and move to another at almost 10:30 at night. That room was large and spacious. However, there were stains on the carpet (and it was pulling up in spots), and all of the furniture had some form of staining on it. The front desk individuals were wonderful. However, they were the only positive experience about this stay. I would never come back here even if I was offered a free stay.

Where do I begin..... this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we first arrived the employees were extremely rude. Entrance of the hotel and the lobbie was completely dirty. You can tell they don't sweep and vacuum very often. When we arrived to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. I thought I could overcome it seeing that we've already payed for the room. When I lifted the blanket the sheets seemed dirty and also smelled like smoke. I felt like I couldn't even walk bare foot, the carpet felt dirty as I walked on it. After an hour of being in that room we decided to check out. Anyone looking for a hotel to stay at??? DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The staff is super rude and the rooms are dirty. Later on I read that this hotel has a reputation for allowing drug attacks to stay they for long periods of time. Cops there left and right. For the amount of money this hotel should be 50 a night. Watch your kids and yourself when staying here yall!
