Comfort Inn & Suites Northgate Airport

The staff are so wonderful and considerate. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need: comfortable bed, large tv with foxtel, well stocked mini bar and immaculately cleaned. This hotel is reasonably priced & not far from the airport. Do yourself a favour and try it out. Definitely 5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not very happy we booked to arrive late so keys left for us and payment made prior to arrival. First we were over charged and not warned of bond when booked or paid but instead of holding it they deducted it from bank and said we will get what's left after our vacate if mini bar or restaurant is used will come out of it so will receive within 7 days understandable if informed prior of this but we weren't at all until noticed it deducted from bank. We arrived to find we paid the price for a room with king and double bed with courtyard view and were given a tiny hall of stairs to climb just inside door with no room to move inside door with suitcases and a tiny room with one very small double bed. Worse being wasn't notified of change of room and still paid the bigger price and no one mentioned the tight stairs so glad we didn't have my mum with me as we normally would off because she wouldn't of been able to get it at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend We recently stayed at Comfort Inn Northgate Apartments and Airport Hotel and were very dissatisfied with our experience. We specifically booked a room with two queen-sized beds and two single beds because there were three of us traveling — and we all needed separate beds. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find only two double beds in the room. When we raised the issue with management, we were told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. Nor any compensation made for clearly booking and paying for a room type that we didn’t receive. But what really pushed us to leave this review was Linda’s response when we complained directly to the hotel — she was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This was not what we booked or paid for, and the attitude we received made an already uncomfortable situation worse. We left feeling angry, disappointed, and completely let down. Avoid Comfort Inn Northgate Apartments and Airport Hotel — stay somewhere else.
