The staff was wonderful. We had an extended stay. They were so accommodating. Hotel remained clean and food was good. Elia, Tiki, and Alma are wonderful girls at the front desk. They always greeted us with a smile. Those three make a great first impression of this excellent hotel. Justin was also a wonderful help in the pool area. I would highly recommend staying here.
We stayed here on our way to Cheyenne Frontier Days and again on our way back to the DEN for our flight home. I’m so glad we chose this hotel. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, beginning with the ice cold water waiting for us upon arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was VERY spacious and QUIET, and the breakfast choices were good. We will definitely plan to return to this hotel whenever we are in the area.
Housekeeping requested a day prior never happened. It was never mentioned. TV didn't work first night and it took until the next afternoon to fix. We never could get anyone at the front desk on the phone. The front desk attendant changed every day and was rarely at the desk. They need additional employees! The pool, slide and hot tube we well maintained. The man responsible to keep everything working for all areas of the hotel is awesome!!
