Comfort Suites Vitoria

Great business hotel. Amazing location, clean and staff is courteous. Debora was a great help as she is fluent in English. Cassia was courteous. House keeping did a good job and restaurant folks are very nice.

We were stuck in Vitoria after our flight refused to let my approved service dog on the flight. The staff was completely welcoming and it was by far the nicest comfort suites I've ever stayed at. Everyone was so extremely helpful and welcoming and having the access to food on the main floor was a HUGE plus. Highly recommended 👌

I recently enjoyed an eight-day stay at this hotel, opting to upgrade to the luxury version with a sea view after initially staying in a superior room. The difference was remarkable; the sea view rooms offer a more refined experience with spacious, modern interiors. The staff’s helpfulness stood out, especially when they promptly resolved a minor issue I encountered. The hotel’s breakfast was delightful, though the detox juices could benefit from less water. I was impressed by the staff’s responsiveness to my concerns, which were quickly addressed. While the pool is on the smaller side, it’s quite pleasant, especially during quieter times. Its location is ideal – just a minute away from vibrant nightlife and close to the scenic Praia Camburi bridge, perfect for my walks. Nearby are excellent lunch spots, but the hotel’s own dinner service, led by a professional chef, was surprisingly superior in both quality and price. Overall, this hotel offers a blend of luxury, excellent service, and prime location, making it a great choice despite minor areas for improvement.
