I definitely recommend this hotel in Tirana! Hotel Comfort is the best and most convenient in terms of location for all tourists. It is located in the city center. It has its own extremely delicious cuisine. And for coffee lovers, I can say with confidence that the woman who makes coffee in the restaurant is a master of her craft! I am very picky about the taste of coffee, but in this hotel it is prepared simply incredibly delicious! So I recommend all coffee lovers to stop by the hotel and immediately order a cup of cappuccino. The rooms are clean, perfect freshness around. Breakfasts? They are very hearty and varied, which is pleasantly surprising when you stay for a long time. This hotel definitely gets a 10/10 from me. Also for the fact that the hotel administration is always ready to help you with any issue. Thank you very much for helping to solve our issue! I am completely satisfied! :) We will return to you with great pleasure!

Stayed here last week. They had overbooked so for the first night took us to another hotel which was definitely not up to the same standard. The rooms were fine but a bit tatty round the edges. Breakfast was a disappointment, the hot food was cold and the cold buffet was boring. We had three nights here and our room was never cleaned. On the plus side the staff were lovely.

Never had such a terrible customer service experience in my entire life. Imagine booking a double room, only to be given a single room without a fridge. Asked to move to another hotel but the supposed manager named Kumja ghosted us at 1am with a toddler to cater for and left us stranded.
