Comitas Floramar

We had a fabulous week at Comitas Floramar. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach and activities whilst being just far enough removed for a bit of serenity and the amazing views from the pool and bar. The room was just what we needed and the food was exceptional, especially the breakfast and dinner buffets. The catering and care for our coeliac daughter was better than anything we have experienced in the UK or on other holidays. What really made the week so special though was the professional warmth, greeting and helpfulness of all of the staff, especially the bar & waiting staff. This felt like a place they were genuinely happy to be a part of which couldn't help but rub off and make our visit so memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back. Our room was lovely, clean and lots of space for us and our 2 girls. Food was brilliant and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach ,shops and restaurants. A bit of a hill to climb on the way back from town but we didn't mind that at all.

Just returned from our second stay at Comitas Floramar, and we're a family who has never returned to the same hotel twice before. Our daughters 11 and 6 spent hours in the pool which was really well maintained, and we used the small sports halls and gym this time too. Love the big box opposite the gym where you can leave beach things you've bought for other guests to use, when you depart. The kitchenettes have no more or less than you need and provided welcome flexibility with eating in/out. But the reason we returned really is that the atmosphere in this hotel is really lovely. There seems to be great camaraderie between the staff and, maybe because of this, we have found others staying in the hotel to be polite and respectful of each other too. The service from bar and restaurant staff is so generous, Camilo particularly deserves a mention for this, the food is varied and really good quality. It's short walk down to the beach, the town and to the coastal path and we managed a bus to Ciutadella and back one of the days too. Only gripe this year was lots of water wastage waiting for the hot water...which sometimes in the evenings never convincingly arrived. Not a deal breaker for us. Will be returning again next year. Highly recommended.
