The staff at Communal Hotel Telavi were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. In particular, Anna at reception stood out for her exceptional kindness and genuine dedication to meeting guests’ needs, offering thoughtful advice on exploring the town, its monasteries, and local wineries. The rooms are very comfortable, with the upper floor featuring a bathtub illuminated by two roof windows. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was wonderfully quiet. Guests also have the option to dine outdoors, where there is a small, pleasant swimming pool. Our stay was regrettably too brief and left us with a lingering desire to come back.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I’d especially like to thank Ani and Anouki for their exceptional service – they were kind, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Want to spend a night with the wild dogs of Telavi? I know that the street dogs of Telavi aren’t its main attraction, but we were kept awake all night by the constant barking of the street dogs. Not only that, but the bathroom in our room smelled like they had all been using it too! I tried to address the situation with reception, but discovered that they had locked the doors and gone home for the evening, after all who wants to spend a night listening to the incessant barking of dogs, they didn’t and we didn’t too! We only spent one night in Telavi, and this stay made me wish for less.
