I’ve been visiting London for the past 25 years, and let me say — COMO Hotel is truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. It’s a five-star hotel in every sense of the word: elegant, comfortable, and exceptionally well-run. What truly sets it apart, though, is the service. In the world of hotels, it’s not just about fancy rooms or impressive buildings — it’s the genuine, attentive service that makes the real difference. The breakfast team was outstanding, especially a warm and welcoming lady from Romania (I wish I remembered her name!). She made every morning feel like home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in London.

THE BEST HOTEL IN LONDON and let me tell you why… I forgot two very valuable watches of mine at the hotel and left the country and when I called the hotel to check they confirmed that they had them and kept them safe with their security office!! Their honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness of the entire team from housekeeping to security to front desk is something to be applauded for!! This incident proved to me that this hotel is the place to stay in when coming to London!! And of course their hospitality and overall service throughout our stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the garden view is so beautiful! Thank you again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need—shops, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top-notch service and a great location! I am coming back to this hotel for sure anytime i am in london.
