Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Naples

Wow, what can I say about this beautiful hotel? Honestly, it’s amazing. They have a car that takes you to the beach, the pool stays open until 10 PM, there’s live music on Thursdays and Saturdays, and so many other little things that really make a difference. At no point did I feel like I was just staying at a regular hotel, I truly felt at home. The whole staff is great, but there’s one person who really stands out: Ximena. She’s absolutely wonderful! She’ll help you with anything you need and always takes care of you in the best way possible. Like she says: “You’re on vacation, and vacations are sacred.” That says it all. We also want to thank the front desk, the housekeeping team, and Alejandro, who drove us to and from the beach. Congrats, Compass, you’ve got an amazing team!

Breakfast is amazing, the pool vibe the best in Naples. They gave us chairs and umbrella for the beach, everything brand new. My only recommendation: they have just one EV charger ( the slowest one) so they should add a few more. We have been coming to this hotel every month over the last year , almost since it opened, and it never disappoints. We will keep coming

Our family stayed here for a few nights. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room attendant made sure that we had everything that we needed. We didn’t have to ask for anything additional. We liked the self-service parking; come and go as we please, without having to wait for someone to get our vehicle; on sight laundry facility is a plus; was able to wash & dry bathing suits and articles of clothing to reuse; being able to get breakfast on sight was convenient; the hotel offered a variety of choices daily; the gentleman who attended to the hot foods area kept the area well maintained and was meticulous; extra toaster and area for extra items were available for busier mornings; hotel was relatively quiet; staff was friendly; Lauwens, the manager was cordial, helpful, and quite busy; Victoria and Cassie by the pool are friendly and attentive; the hotel has a nice vibe; wish the weather was slightly better to be able to enjoy our stay a little more; beautiful playground a few miles away; beach was quiet and lovely; a variety of popular eateries nearby; souvenir shop within walking distance; overall, we had a lovely stay; thank you! ☺️
