Great location and great food. Note that it is usually quite busy so you might have to wait a bit for your order but there are plenty of tables. We love going there to eat whenever we are close to Sibiu. The location is just a few kilometers from the Transfagarasean. The connecting road is in good condition, but be aware it is a little narrow. The parking area is spacious and it includes even a charging station for electric vehicles. The restaurant has indoor serving area and outside terrace and it includes a nice playground area for kids ( slides, zip line, rabbit enclosure). You can fish in the lakes and buy the fish you catch, no need for fishing rod, they have everything there already. There is also a small market to buy local food they grow/do in the farm. The food is delicious and it comes in large portions. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Be aware on weekends it may be crowded and getting seated and served it may take longer than usual.

The food here was outstanding! It was one of the best meals we had in Romania. It's part of this whole bigger thing with camping grounds and a fish farm and all this other stuff like canoeing and what not. I think you could spend a few days if not a week here. We just came for the restaurant which was outstanding.

We visited the restaurant recently and overall had a good experience. The ambiance is really nice, although the seating benches could be a lot more comfortable. The starter was absolutely delicious, you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the fish. The bread was also fresh and very tasty. I had the Tagliata beef, which was tender and full of flavor. However, instead of cherry tomatoes as described, I received regular tomatoes, which was a bit disappointing. The fries, unfortunately, were quite soggy. My friends had the fried fish with garlic sauce, and that dish was excellent crispy and paired perfectly with the sauce.
