Complex Sunny Dreams

This place is amazing. It wasn't my 1st choice we were put there as our hotel was having maintenance. We only had 10 days notice. I wasn't keen on the idea of a big complex but this is beautiful. The staff are helpful and most are friendly. The food amazing, room outstanding, pools clean and just a fabulous experience. Our plug got stuck in the sink and was repaired within an hour of reporting. We got a late check out as our flight was an evening one and that was reasonable. We walked to the strip 10 mins or 2 level on the bus with a stop just outside the hotel. One of my concerns was that it was too far from the strip but not at all. I can highly recommend this hotel for couples and families as they looked like they had fun too.

The hotel is pleasant. Despite its size, it doesn't feel crowded. Breakfasts and lunches are monotonous – the menu doesn't change, while dinners are better and more varied. The food is fresh and quite tasty, but the mass-produced food is mediocre. The wine is acceptable, but the other alcoholic beverages – especially the all-inclusive ones – are terrible. Be careful! The pools are pleasant, nestled among trees that provide shade and a bit of coolness. The beach is close, and the access is easy. The bathrooms need updating. The rooms could do with something. The beds are wide and the pillows are comfortable. This is definitely not a five-star hotel; I think it meets the standards of a European three-star hotel. Nevertheless, it's perfect for a pleasant, not too demanding vacation. We wouldn't rule out returning.

Hotel is very big with only one main dining room, it gets very very busy with about 5 stands with food, queues get very big at times and food can be warm not hot. Rooms are nice but again lifts get very busy and it's quicker to use the stairs, gets very tiring 😫 Staff are very friendly , their are 4 pools but only one has a pool bar so it's a hike to get a drink when you want one. The beach are is very nice with it's own restaurant, this area is much quieter for those wanting to avoid the masses
