The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the views of the sunset and sunrise was awesome . The breakfast spread was also quite tasty & was having plenty of options.

You can hear absolutely everything from other rooms and corridor. Very bad coffee in the morning. Alternatively you can buy from Nespresso. Prepare to wake up very early when everyone is leaving for their trips. Tourism agency inside the hotel is a scam and overpriced. We paid for a “private” transfer that we actually shared with a family of 8 that also paid private transfer. It’s a shame. Close to airport and Iguazu falls. Big variety for breakfast buffet

Our stay here was a bit disappointing. The resort is well located near the airport and Iguaçu Falls. It has a great pool area for adults and a separate one for children. The rooms are a very basic and the walls are very thin. Our next door neighbors kept waking us up because the sound was so loud. Also, during check-in we realized we booked the wrong date by one night on Expedia. We were absolutely exhausted after being awake for more than 24 hours travelling to Brazil and the manager was very slow to help fix the issue. The next day at breakfast, we were harassed because when reception rebooked our room they rebooked it for only one of us instead of two. All this headache for an included breakfast which was very low quality. Shameful.
