Nice hotel, nice garden. Waiters in the restaurant could be more polite and less arogant. And the menu could be improved. Anyway, me and my husband we spent only 1 night, during our bike tour copenhagen-koge-korsor-rotchild-roskilde-copenhagen.

A bit of a varied impression. The outside of the spa was nice, but the interior of both the spa and rooms were a little bit rundown, but okay and fully acceptable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, but the food at the restaurant in the evening left us wanting. It was a bit too simple and especially for those of us that were vegetarians which felt sparse at best and not at all the same level as the meat dishes. Raising this complaint to the restaurant personnel were met very defensively, but the reception desk the day after met it with a higher degree of professionalism, so thumbs up for them! 😊

The hotel structure is nice, but you don´t have a lot do there if you are not going to the spa that is the main attraction for sure. But, the spa is very expensive. The prices are far away from the reality. I also the bar facilities in the drinks was pretty good with an amazing salad. On the other hand, the waiter that was attending us was not so nice. To conclude, it is not a hotel that you can expect too much. The rooms were okay also. I was with my wife there, and the bed was two single beds together. For sure, not a pleasant thing for us.
