The staff was incredibly helpful. Darin in particular was very friendly. 1. The free breakfast was good. 2. The hotel has a view of the hot air balloons from the terrace in the morning. But if you are looking for the perfect view for pictures you may have to wake up early and walk a bit. 2. There is a mosque directly next door that plays the speakers at 10pm and 4am which is quite loud inside the room. Although I’m not sure this is unique to this hotel specifically. 4. There’s a very helpful 15 euro per public person shuttle to/from Kayseri airport. Be sure to call ahead of time to arrange because the taxi drivers at the airport can be pushy if they know you don’t have a shuttle reservation. In order to get revenge for not using his taxi, one of the taxi drivers at the airport told a shuttle to leave without us and caused us to wait an extra hour as a result. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

Very cute hotel. The staff is friendly and give you good advices. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and big. There is a rooftop terace but if you are looking forward taking pictures with the hot air balloons in the background, i would sinoly advise you to go at the actual viewpoint where you are closer. On the second morning we still enjoyed the view from the rooftop then went back to sleep. A/C works good. The location was perfect for us as we love to walk to the city from our hotels.

Concept Cave Suites exceeded all expectations. Our terrace room offered incredible sunrise views with hot air balloons right outside our window. The cave-style design was both authentic and luxurious. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. Perfect location in Göreme — truly the best hotel experience we had in Turkey!
