Everything about this place was terrible. We booked for one day, and when we arrived, they took us to a room that was remote, with no window, no air conditioning — nothing. The fact that they even have such a room is already unacceptable. None of this was shown on Booking; you only find out after booking when you see the images. When we pointed all of this out, they offered us another room — with bunk beds?! And then they had the audacity to charge an extra €160 for it, even though it had no view, no amenities, and they didn’t even offer a discount. We left immediately without further discussion. Never come here — they literally scam you!

- Not even one star! So many bad things but this is the worst. This room should NOT be offered for any guests as part of the hotel. And They cancelled my booking on booking.com the night before my checkout date so I couldn’t make a review on booking.com. This is so dodgy!! - The Shower was leaking (after we use it the floor would be soaking wet right outside the shower and yes we do shut the shower door every time we use it, we would use three towels on the floor and the water would still go through all that. The shower was also dripping when it wasn’t on) - the hotel staff did not let us change rooms or fix the issue. Every morning they just say stuff and it never happens; they would say “we don’t have another room available today, we’ll move rooms for you tomorrow” THEN THEY SAY THE SAME THING THE NEXT DAY and we never move rooms, we were only staying there for 4 nights!! They would tell us we’ll get someone to fix the shower then again never happens. - Because of this there was a Wet/ damp smell in the room most of the time - it was disgusting, felt like we’re staying in the sewers - It felt like a Maid’s room, it was disgusting and smelt bad and hotel staff did not attempt to do anything g about it. - There was a Hole in the door and we had to put a towel to cover it, just for some privacy. - We were in the room and the house keeping lady didn’t knock at all and just started unlocking the door!! No privacy whatsoever - Staff don’t understand much English - when we complained about the water and the door I don’t think they fully understood what we were saying. - They told us when we were checking in that we can call 0 from the room to talk to reception - later that night when we wanted to contact reception there was NO phone in the room. - The hair drier you turn it on for 2 mins then it stops working, I don’t know if it overheats or what - Location actually sucks - isolated and hilly, one time we ordered a van for pick up as part of a tour and the van couldn’t drive in the streets and we had to walk out to the Main Street which was very up hill. Then the van proceeded to pick up other people from right outside their hotel door - Then for some reason the hotel goes to cancel my booking on booking.com the day before check out at 11:30pm?!!! I woke up to this in the morning with no explanation at all!!! I think this was so I can’t review them on booking.com. This hotel is full of false advertising and staff are actually not helpful or understanding at all. They did not take our concerns seriously and we hated our stay.

Disappointing Experience at Concept Nişantaşı Hotels & Spa I had a thoroughly unpleasant experience at Concept Nişantaşı Hotels & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attitude was extremely off-putting. It felt as though they viewed guests through a lens of judgment, making me uncomfortable and unwelcome. The worker at the morning desk was particularly poor in his tourism knowledge and customer service skills, which compounded my negative experience. I've stayed at two other hotels prior to this one, and I did not encounter anything like what I faced here. The overall service was exceptionally poor, leaving me feeling neglected instead of valued as a guest. It’s disheartening to see a hotel treat its customers with such disdain. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for women, as the atmosphere felt predatory and inappropriate. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
