Have been to this hotel maybe 10 times....staff are super polite and friendly ....large rooms, dog friendly and excellent value for money. Only a 5 minute walk to Erasta Mall and 5 minutes by car or bus to the centre 😁

A very good hotel. The family rooms are VERY large, it has everything you need. It's 10min away from outlet, shops are near the hotel and you have a park just near the hotel. It is not the first the time we came here and every time we found a parking space in front of the hotel. The receptionist understands English very well and you can have a conversation with him. Check-in was done very fast and booking was done via WhatsApp with full payment on arrival. Will definitely come back to this hotel - used as transit for one night as it is located half way between our home and the place we do our vacations.

Dirty room: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheets were not changed for our 3 days of staying, and the trash had not been collected at all. There was only 1 small paper towel in the bathroom When we requested assistance, we were only provided with 2 towels and 1 sheet to handle the situation ourselves, which was very disappointing. Broken lighting: Several light bulbs were not working, leaving the room inadequately lit and uninviting. Unfriendly staff: The staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in acting authoritatively than offering any assistance to guests. Damage to car: During my stay, my car’s windshield was broken while parked in their "secure parking with CCTV." Despite requesting the security footage, I received no response from the hotel. I had informed them in advance that I needed secure parking, but they clearly failed to deliver on their promises. Violation of privacy: The hotel demanded an ID from my room visitor, which is not required by law. This seems to be a clear violation of privacy regulations. Shower malfunction: The shower was faulty and didn’t drain the water properly, causing significant inconvenience. Language barrier: The hotel staff did not speak any English, making communication very difficult. In summary: This hotel is not only dirty and unsafe for your car, but the staff is unhelpful and indifferent to guest concerns. If you're looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Update/Reply: You are lying. I stayed at your "hotel" for 3 nights, you have no excuse not to clean the room. The car window was damaged while it was parked at your hotel parking. My car has extra security systems and I can prove that the incident took place at your "safe" parking. You violated GDPR and privacy laws by asking ID of a random visitor. You better study a bit more about these laws or ask a lawyer. None of your reception staff was speaking adequate english. Especially the woman who couldn't understand a thing. You kept ignoring my communication attempts to get the CCTV footage (the one you promised, on sending me on whatsapp..) and you only replied to me through this review which is publicly visible. That shows a lot about the quality of your "4 star hotel".. Since you replied with false accusations, I maintain the right to proceed with any appropriate action against your business.
