Concierge Downtown

DO NOT GO HERE! We had the misfortune to book a room for 2 nights here and upon entering the place we realized there were bed bugs, blacl mold (which looked like it was painted over) and a horrible smell in the room. We left within 20 minutes and luckily we didn't touch anything. Kudos to the photographer who was able to edit the pictures that made this absolute dump look like a beautiful and bright place. Luckily booking.com refunded us, which from what I can see from the other reviews is a rare occurence.

If I could give negative score I would. Terrible Terrible Terrible !!! False description about the property - advertising there is a rooftop balcony. The property is nothing to do with the photos. I did see the reviews that the furniture are outdated but this is not even close to what we found when we arrived ..... dont get me wrong I am not some sort of princess but at least to be clean..... I was shocked .... we arrived and there was no key after 15 min we found one woman who didn't speak any English at all- thank god my friend speaks few words in Greek. She opened for us and she told us we can leave our luggage in but we have to leave because they are not ready.no one even let us know that the other guests didn't check out on time so the place was a complete mess. from the moment we entered the apartment there was no air - it smelled bad and stale and humid and moldy... i have astma so after 10 min inside i was already having trouble breathing. we decided to open the windows and one of the leads directly to some common balcony- so you either choose fresh air or you choose safety and suffocation. then let's get back to the furniture- outdated is one thing broken is another thing ... a huge hole in the seat of the chair as if it is, and excuse my description, but a chair for a disabled person to go to the toilet. The duvet ripped and covered with yellow stains all over. The bathroom not great at all and the shower cabin like a little gym locker - you can not even turn around once you go in. No mirrors at all except one small decorative mirror hanged way to high for anyone else than a basketball player to use. There was a TV with the size of a laptop screen..... the fridge and the cooker are just dropped in the middle of the place ... free WiFi but not really - doesn't work. Also few of the electricity outlets also not working and the water heating doesn't have a switch but you have to start and stop it directly from the switch board....the bed is extremely squeaky... I can keep going on but I think you get the idea of what I wanted to say ... DO NOT BOOK IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST DONATE YOUR MONEY TO THE VERY VERY STINGY PERSON WHO OWNS THIS PLACE AND THING IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO CHARGE PEOPLE FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS ...

Bed bugs! My partner and I have bites all over our bodies from a 2 night stay (see photo). Avoid this place!
