Since the first day we arrived, I’ve really appreciated the attention and kindness from the staff — they’ve been genuinely helpful and always around if you need anything. The whole vibe of the hotel is super relaxing and the atmosphere feels like a little escape from everything. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, and there’s always music or something going on to keep the energy up. We also really enjoyed the entertainment team, especially in the evenings. They do a great job keeping the guests involved without being too pushy. The food has been surprisingly good too — lots of variety, and they always have fresh stuff. Overall, if you want to unwind, have fun, and be taken care of, this is a great place to do it.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Concorde! I truly appreciated how much effort the staff put into making every guest feel welcome and cared for. Even though the hotel hosts many tourists, I always felt seen, listened to, and that my needs really mattered. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great options for children. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a café throughout the resort. The evening shows and animators were fantastic and added so much fun to the stay. The beach is excellent, and everything – from the rooms to the hotel spaces – was spotless. Cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority here. What impressed me the most were the people working at the hotel: extraordinary staff who truly make the difference. I sincerely hope the hotel owners reward them as they absolutely deserve it!

I would 100% recommend Concorde deluxe hotel to anyone. It’s definitely somewhere that has something for everyone! I would specifically like to thank all of the pool entertainers for making the experience truly amazing for our whole family. The activity program is wonderful. I wouldn’t say the rooms are great value for money as our duplex feels a bit small considering how much we paid for it. Initially, we weren’t satisfied with the cleaning of the room but after mentioning it to guest services, the issue was very quickly resolved. The gym and spa are absolutely amazing. Throughout the hotel, every staff member we’ve met has been absolutely lovely. There is an amazing variety of food made to a very high quality. We loved our stay, thank you very much to everyone who made our experience so wonderful!!
