The place was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was cozy, with a modern touch that made it feel luxurious without being over the top. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. Honestly, it’s hard to find anything to complain about. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Concorde Deira Hotel – Not Recommended From the moment we entered the hotel on our first day, we were immediately hit by a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. Even the lobby had this stale odor, which made a very bad first impression. After checking in, we were escorted to our room, and unfortunately, the situation only got worse. The room itself also smelled heavily of smoke. Since the hotel uses centralized air conditioning, the odor was circulating constantly throughout the space. This made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room, especially for people like us who are sensitive to smoke. I strongly advise against staying here if you have asthma, allergies, or are traveling with children—this environment is absolutely not suitable for families or health-conscious guests. On top of the smell, the room was not clean. The bedsheets were visibly dirty, with noticeable stains, as if they hadn’t been replaced or washed properly. The bathroom was equally disappointing—there were strands of hair left on the floor and sink, clearly not cleaned after the previous guests. Even the terrace, which could’ve been a relaxing space, was dusty, grimy, and neglected. Second Day: Breakfast Experience The next morning, we went down to the first-floor restaurant for breakfast, hoping for at least a decent meal. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was once again present in the dining area. The place was also dark, lacked proper lighting, and did not feel clean at all. It was not a comfortable environment for eating. As for the food itself, it was repetitive and uninspiring. The same dishes were served every day with absolutely no change in the menu, no variety, and little attention to freshness or quality. It felt like no effort was made to offer guests a pleasant dining experience. By the time we left the breakfast area, our clothes and hair were once again filled with the smell of smoke, which stayed with us for the rest of the day. It was incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. Staff Behavior and Service Another major disappointment was the attitude of the staff. They were not friendly or welcoming. Most of them looked disinterested, didn’t smile, and never greeted us. The lack of hospitality was very noticeable. We felt unwelcome throughout our stay, which made the experience even worse. Final Thoughts: Overall, staying at Concorde Deira Hotel was a major regret. From the poor hygiene and cigarette smoke everywhere to the unprofessional staff and repetitive food, there was nothing about the experience that made us feel comfortable or valued as guests. We will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone, especially families or those with health concerns. This was truly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
